Key Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them wherever they appear throughout this document and any supplementary policies published on the tkv66 platform.

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the tkv66 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of the following events: (a) the moment you click any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during the registration process; (b) the moment you complete a deposit into your tkv66 Account; or (c) the moment you place any wager on the platform, whichever occurs first.
These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and tkv66. They must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material or bonus offer documentation, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
tkv66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify active Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Section 3
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The tkv66 platform is strictly intended for use by adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, access any game or betting market, or conduct any financial transaction on the tkv66 platform. By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the tkv66 platform:
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a specific local licence that tkv66 does not hold.
- You have not previously been excluded from the tkv66 platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or as a result of disciplinary action by tkv66.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tkv66, its parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliated game providers, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
- You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, coercion, or any form of impairment that would affect your judgment or ability to consent to these terms.
- All information you provide during the registration process and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
tkv66 employs identity and age verification checks as part of its KYC process. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending a full age verification review. Should the review confirm underage access, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method. Winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited in their entirety.
Age Verification
All Players must be aged 18 or above. tkv66 conducts mandatory KYC checks before processing any withdrawal or at any point where age verification is reasonably required.
Geographic Eligibility
Players must not be accessing tkv66 from a Prohibited Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permissible under applicable local laws before registering or wagering.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one active account on the tkv66 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of outstanding balances.
Section 4
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the tkv66 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as requested on the registration form. tkv66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.
The following information is required to create a tkv66 Account:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
- Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
- Valid email address
- Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
- Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT)
- Mobile Financial Service number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account details for withdrawal purposes
- A secure password of your choosing
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. tkv66 will never ask you to share your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any other person who gains access through your credentials — is your sole responsibility. You must notify tkv66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
tkv66 may decline a registration application or suspend an account at any time without providing a reason, particularly where we reasonably suspect fraudulent intent, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tkv66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkv66 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
Deposits are typically credited to your tkv66 Account within seconds to a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. tkv66 does not impose a processing delay on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. tkv66 reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances, including during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must have completed the KYC verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the withdrawal method.
- The deposit amount must have been wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal, unless a specific promotional term states otherwise.
- Bonus Funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
tkv66 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, including for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
tkv66 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
The following general rules apply to all tkv66 bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and above who have completed account registration and identity verification on the tkv66 platform.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
- Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games only. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
- Until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied, the maximum bet permitted per round while using Bonus Funds is ৳500 per spin or per bet placement, unless the specific promotion states a higher limit.
- tkv66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer and reclaim any Bonus Funds, including associated winnings, if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent behaviour.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the specific wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
tkv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect a Player who has already commenced wagering under the original terms of that offer.
Welcome Bonus
New Players at tkv66 are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible casino games. Full terms apply per offer page.
Reload Bonuses
Existing tkv66 Players may qualify for periodic reload bonuses on subsequent deposits. These are communicated individually and are subject to the same general bonus terms outlined in this section, plus any offer-specific conditions.
Section 7
Gameplay Rules
All casino games available on the tkv66 platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, crash games, fishing games, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective provider and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a provably fair algorithm where applicable.
The following rules apply universally to gameplay on the tkv66 platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended for any reason, including player error, technical misunderstanding, or a change of mind.
- In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection from the server, game interruption, or a software error — during a game round, tkv66 will use its best endeavours to resolve the round based on the recorded game state at the time of failure. Where the game state cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to the Player's account balance as a stake refund.
- tkv66 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or any technical problem that originates outside the tkv66 server environment.
- Displayed odds, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game supplier and are theoretical figures calculated over a large number of game rounds. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated bots, scripting tools, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other technical or non-technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, affected bets will be settled in accordance with tkv66's sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkv66 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with tkv66.
- Money Laundering: Using the tkv66 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to obscure the origin of funds in any manner.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other method designed to extract bonus value in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the offer.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live dealer games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over tkv66.
- Automated Play: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in place of a human Player.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been credited and used on the tkv66 platform.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct toward tkv66 staff, customer support representatives, or other Players.
- Underage Use: Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access or use your tkv66 account in any capacity.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
tkv66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers
- Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action
- Non-use of the account for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy)
- A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme
In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, tkv66 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance, including Real Money funds, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawal amounts. Where account closure is not the result of a Player's breach — for example, where the Player requests voluntary closure — any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method within 14 business days.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the tkv66 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkv66 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tkv66 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings as a result of a technical failure, platform outage, or game interruption beyond tkv66's reasonable control
- Loss resulting from a Player's own error, including incorrect bet placement, misuse of platform features, or failure to understand applicable game rules
- Loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, even where tkv66 has been advised of the possibility of such loss
- Any damage caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect a Player's device as a result of their use of the platform or any third-party services accessed via the platform
tkv66 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, tkv66's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 11
Amendments to Terms
tkv66 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in payment processing requirements, changes to our game or betting product offering, or improvements to our responsible gaming procedures.
Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Player rights, financial obligations, or eligibility criteria — tkv66 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the tkv66 platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately without prior notice.
The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recently published version came into force. Players are advised to review this page regularly. The continued use of the tkv66 platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
Section 12
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international principles of online gaming law and the internal policies of the tkv66 platform operators.
tkv66 operates the platform as a digital service accessible to adults in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the tkv66 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. tkv66 makes no representation or warranty that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and access to the platform from any location where online gambling is prohibited is strictly at the Player's own risk.
Any dispute between a Player and tkv66 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. tkv66 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 14 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved bilaterally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

tkv66 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly. Complaints submitted to our support team are reviewed by a dedicated compliance officer within 14 business days.
